Scurt Istoric

In the year of 1986, a small group of Romanian Pentecostals from Phoenix Arizona gathered together to worship the Lord in a small classroom inside an American church located at the intersection of 7th st. and Thunderbird Ave. The leadership of the church was as follows: Brother Dumitru Moldovan (Diacon), Mitru Olari (Secretary) , Ioan Olar (Treasurer), Cornel Trif and Simion Onisor as auditors.

In 1987, this group of brothers and sisters, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, decided to purchase a small property of 2.5 acres located at 15th Ave. and Happy Valley road.

In the month of July of the same year, plans were created to build a house of prayer and worship. Our budget at that times was limited but, through our faith in the Lord, a miracle happened. After much time and effort, in the month of December, an inauguration was held at the new church. The church consisted of only 24 families at that time. As time went by, the number of members grew to a massive extent.

We were in need of a larger sanctuary in order to fit everybody.  In April 2001, the church obtained an authorization to build a new church. It took approximately four years to complete.

In conclusion we would like to recognize and appreciate God's grace for us and all the hard work of those who participated in constructing and volunteering.
